• The premier sponsor will be featured in all the direct mail collateral and
e-mail marketing efforts. A total of 20,000 key decision-makers are to be
targeted in the marketing communication campaign to promote DM Thailand. Through
a strategic alliance with the publishers of ‘The Advertising Book’ – Thailand’s
prestigious advertising marketing and media guide since 1984, the premier
sponsor will gain tremendous exposure with the country’s entire communication
industry.
A series of advertisements have been scheduled to appear in leading Thai and English publications in which the premium sponsor will be positioned above all other second level sponsors and supporting industry / government organisations
• The premium sponsor will be given a high profile position in welcoming the delegates in the Opening Ceremony before the guest of honor’s delivery and after the representative of the Asia Pacific body.
• In recognition of the premium sponsor’s contribution to the industry, it will be appropriate and an honor to have a senior executive of the organisation deliver a 30 minute paper on the area of expertise. Alternatively, we will offer the interactive and key position of conference chairman to moderate half the day’s session by the premium sponsor.
• To enhance the event’s marketing thrust, DM Thailand has formed a on-line partnerships with several vertical market partners principally with M-Web, one of Thailand’s largest on-line media groups, thaiadvertising.com (AdvertisingAsia.net), Thai Direct Marketer Association’s web site and UK based Call Centre World. DM Thailand’s web pages will prominently feature the brand of the premium sponsor and carry a description of the organisation’s products and services. To gain maximum return of investment, the organisers will create a hyper-link to the premium sponsor’s website to generate as much qualified business leads.
• In addition the on-line advertising, the premium sponsor’s logo will appear in the signage at the conference venue and in all conference material that is handed to participating delegates. We will also assist the premium sponsor to distribute brochures of their organisation during the opening ceremony to both a larger audiences of invited guests, VIP’s and conference delegates.
* Exhibition & Display opportunity during the one day conference will
give the premium sponsor an excellent opportunity to network with conference
delegates during the breaks. An area of raw space 3m by 3m is assigned to
the premium sponsor close to the break area, to ensure all delegates are able
to engage in discussion or direct trade inquiries to the premium sponsor.
* As gesture of goodwill the organisers will extend 5 complimentary registrations
to the premier sponsor for guests or employees of the organisation. In addition
to the registration, 10 guest invitations for the cocktail reception

The corporate sponsorship programme is designed for companies that see the relevance of DM Thailand 2003 as an opportunity to reach out to their targeted customers. For a minimal investment the supporting sponsors is able to achieve the following benefits during the conference
• The corporate sponsor’s organisation will be given recognition in all the
event collateral. The logo of the company will appear in the front page of
the first direct mailer and the programme brochure.
• The logo of the corporate sponsor will be prominently displayed in the event
website to gain visibility and publicity to several thousand visits per week.
• A tabletop display will be offered to the corporate sponsor to display company’s
products and brochures. Two representatives of the company can be stationed
at the desk display to interact with the delegates
• Two complimentary registrations for the full day conference and four complimentary invitations to the cocktail reception
• Event banner in the conference venue will display the company identity or brand of the corporate sponsor.

Value Added Incentives – VAI Programme for DM Thailand 2004
The VAI programme is an excellent strategy and marketing opportunity designed for companies who seek specific components of the event they want to leverage on. It also presents money for value proposition to the sponsor who has a fixed budget to work on.
Sponsorship of Printing of Direct Mail and Stationary
For a small investment of US$2,000, your company’s name will appear on the back of the envelope and brochure that your company has sponsored the production cost of marketing material. The reach of your corporate identity will be extensive base on the 10,000-prospect base of our direct mail campaign
In addition, we will offer the VAI sponsor a complimentary tabletop display at the venue of the conference
Event Delegate Pass
A prominent and essential item that is worn by all delegates. For US$1,200 your company’s logo will be displayed at the bottom left corner of the delegate pass. This is a strategic positioning of your company among your potential customers and competitors
Sponsorship of Delegate Lunch
For a minimum
cost of US $ 2,500 you have the opportunity to sponsor the main lunch during
the conference. This Value Add Incentive (VAI) is popular with service provider
companies who are able to conduct a 10 minute presentation to the targeted
audience.
In addition we will produce a banner in the luncheon room prominently displaying
the name of the Lunch Sponsor. This VAI sponsor is encouraged to place a company
introduction and information in the seats during the lunch. So those delegates
can refer to the company’s services and make inquiries after DM Thailand
Sponsorship of cocktail reception
For US 1,500 you can sponsor the cocktail reception in the evening.
This provides an ideal venue for our sponsor to meet conferenece participants,
VIPs and suppliers in an informal, relaxed setting.
In addition, we will also produce a banner displaying your company name and
logo. You may also like to make a short presentation about your company and
distribute information material.
DM Thailand Marketing & Promotions Activity
Pacific Convention Planners, the co-organisers of DM Thailand 2003 have developed a comprehensive marketing and promotions strategy to give the event maximum exposure and generate awareness within the country’s marketing community.
MEDIA ADVERTISING We’re discussing strategic alliance for the event with Bangkok’s leading English and Thai Thai language business newspapers for an alliance to ensure ample advertising promotion for the event targeted both at the Thai and expatriate business community.
DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGN A total of 20,000 decision-makers will be targeted in the campaign to promote DM Thailand. The target will include direct marketing professionals, call centres, list rental, mailing services, other marketing consultants/specialists, advertisers, marketers and corporations and their infrastructure suppliers.
FAX BROADCASTING Under this marketing program we’ll short-list 5,000 prime target companies in Thailand and fax their managing directors our programme brochure – two months before the event.
TELEMARKETING To capitalize on the power of personal communications, a key part of the event’s marketing is invested in telemarketing to effectively reach out to 5,000 decision makers of targeted companies. In Thailand it is of utmost importance to provide senior executives with correct information which this telemarketing effort is designed to achieve.

PUBLIC RELATIONS For media communications, we will work with a strategic PR
partner to make appropriate press releases and constantly monitor them. We
intend to give our sponsors maximum value in arranging press interviews and
facilitate product information releases
STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH INDUSTRY GROUPS DM Thailand is currently negotiating
alliances with major CRM agencies, hardware/software vendors and government
bodies to ensure full support for the event from leading players in business
